Ho iniziato un libro che già dal titolo ho trovato geniale e cioè Piove per esigenze di trama di Nicolò Targhetta, un giallo metanarrativo che è folgorante già dal suo incipit. Fate un giro per leggere la trama sulla quarta di copertina e capirete cosa intendo quando parlo di folgorazione che mi ha spinto a comprare a scatola chiusa cosa che non faccio mai

Ho iniziato anche California di Francesco Costa, sempre una garanzia

Ho appena finito Piove per esigenze di trama di Nicolò Targhetta, autore che non conoscevo ma di cui mi propongo un recupero totale. Non leggevo un libro così divertente da quando recuperai Good Omens anni fa, un capolavoro di metanarrativa. Ho amato ogni singolo momento, ne voglio altri 10

Finalmente ho terminato La coppa d'oro. Che strazio -.-'
Henry James di solito mi piace, e la trama sarebbe pure stata interessante, ma è una palla infinita. Settecento pagine di pipponi mentali e zero azione, e con periodi talmente lunghi e frasi incastrate una dentro l'altra che in certi punti mi è pure venuto il mal di testa :T_T:
Io non riesco a lasciare i libri a metà, quindi mi sono imposta di finirlo... Finalmente sono libera di dedicarmi ad altro :XD:

A questo proposito, inizio la trilogia dela caffé, di Toshikazu Kawaguchi. Il primo è Finché il caffè è caldo :)

Finito Finché il caffè è caldo! Davvero una lettura piacevole (soprattutto dopo il mattone di James :XD:).
Io di solito non riesco mai ad apprezzare fino in fondo gli scrittori giapponesi, perché nonostante mi sia laureata proprio in lingua e letteratura giapponese, nei romanzi giapponesi che leggo c'è sempre qualcosa che mi sfugge, e sento che non riesco a comprenderli fino in fondo. Sarà perché io sono una persona molto pratica, mentre in molti romanzi giapponesi c'è sempre un po' questo piano spirituale/ultraterreno che non riesco bene a interpretare e apprezzare. In questo romanzo invece sento che "tutto scorre", quindi sono contenta :)
L'unico dispiacere è che la traduzione italiana sia stata fatta dall'inglese... Francamente avrei preferito fosse fatta direttamente dall'originale giapponese.

Detto questo, inizio il secondo della serie, Basta un caffè per essere felici :)
