Il modo più semplice è mettere un launcher che ti dia la possibilità di personalizzarle, leggasi Apex, anche perché imao l'unica scusa per non usare Apex è non avere ICS. Se no devi andare a pescare dentro ai file di sistema dove stanno le icone di default e sostituirle, si può fare ma ti tocca spugnettare parecchio, se va bene ci perdi parecchio tempo.
