da quello che ho letto interpreterà un altro personaggio!tutti i personaggi saranno nuovi anche se a interpretarli possono essere attori della S1 ma per ora si sa solo che jessica è confermata

infatti dicono che ringer è molto in dubbio....quindi è possibile che arrivi in AHS

This will really be the Jessica Lange show so I’m very excited about it. We are designing this amazing new opposite of the Constance character for her. She and I have spoken about different things. She has a lot of ideas, and has a lot of input into her character. She told me some things she has always wanted to play as an actress. She’s a great collaborator and a great friend.”

“I really sweated this negotiation,” continues Murphy, “so I’m glad she is firmly on board.”

Lange is not the only actor from season 1 who will return for a second year. Murphy said he signed three more, but won’t reveal their identities until Friday when he and the AHS cast members participate in the annual PaleyFest in Beverly Hills. (

AHS season 2 will take place on the East Coast and will involve a horror institution. Regrettably, that’s all we can get from Murphy.

E’ Deadline a pubblicare lo scoop: Zachary Quinto tornerà nella seconda stagione di American Horror Story. E questa volta sarà series regular.

La star di Heroes e di Star Trek (il cui sequel è attualmente in produzione) aveva già avuto un ruolo secondario in quattro episodi della prima stagione, nei panni di uno degli ex inquilini di Casa Harmon, ma nella seconda stagione verrà “promosso” tra i protagonisti.

Al momento non sono disponibili dettagli sul ruolo che avrà il suo personaggio nella trama, ma sappiamo che sarà la nemesi di Jessica Lange, unico altro membro del cast confermato per ora e figura “centrale” della nuova stagione. Entrambi, però, interpreteranno nuovi personaggi. In serata, durante l’apertura del PaleyFest, Ryan Murphy annuncerà i nomi degli altri tre membri del cast originale che torneranno.

La serie, prodotta da Ryan Murphy e Brad Falchuk per il canale FX, tornerà in autunno.

Inoltre, è stato rivelato che le riprese inizieranno a luglio, ed includeranno una nuova sigla, anche questa ricca di indizi come quella della prima stagione. [...]

io ho cercato indizi ovunque, ma non è che abbia rilevato questa gran quantità di spunti nella sigla, mi accorgevo dei cambiamenti.. ma non è che li ho proprio considerati indizi..

“Anybody could pop up at any time” and “Everybody will be playing the opposite of what they played,” Murphy said of his game-changing game plan. Murphy previously said that Season 2 will revolve around Lange’s new character, while Quinto will play one of the two male leads.

Murphy and Falchuk also teased that Season 2, which is to be set on the East Coast and involve an institution, will boast an “equally terrifying but very different vibe” from the first storyline involving the Harmon clan — and ghosts won’t necessarily be on hand.
“A supernatural element will always be a part of the show,” Murphy allowed. “But we’re trying to do something more historically accurate.” As for what might be on the table, Murphy ruled almost nothing out, save for this: “Our only rule is no werewolves, and no vampires.”

It was noted that AHS‘ chilling title sequence was inspired by that for the David Fincher film Se7en, and was even created by the same people.

Though Lange will not be playing Constance in Season 2, Murphy hopes to one day address a loose end regarding that off-kilter character: “We have not lost sight of the fourth child” once alluded to by the Harmons’ neighbor. “We want to answer that.”

When asked if there might ever be any “cross-pollination” between Horror Story and Murphy and Falchuk’s Glee, after many laughs by them and the audience on hand, Falchuk said it’d be like hanging out with both your wife and your mistress: “I would not be interested.”
